Popular villain from Kannada cinema Ravishanker meeting the media individually for the first time and celebrating his birthday at 37 Crescent Hotel announced that dubbing of other language films should not be in Kannada.

As a senior dubbing artist of high reputation Ravishanker budging to the decision of Kannada filmdom is a welcome.

Kannada Taayi has given me opportunity. I would introduce my son Adwaitha Shanker first in Kannada as hero. I have around eight subjects to get in to films as director. That would happen one day he feels.

Son of PJ Sharma, actor and dubbing artist of various Dr Rajakumar films and Smt Krishna Jyothi, Ravishanker brothers Saikumar and Ayyappa Sharma are also very popular in the field of south Indian cinema.

As dubbing artist Ravishanker has won seven awards. It is from ‘Kempe Gowda’ (Singham remake) Armugam role Ravishanker earned a breakthrough in Kichcha Sudeep cinema. Before that in South India for the voice he has given for Sonu Sood in ‘Arundhati’ cinema was on top of the chart.

I am currently a villain but interested the one what V Ravichandran had done in ‘Drishya’ says Ravishanker.  I am settled in Karnataka today. I would like to be a Kannadiga for ever promises Ravishanker.
